I can't believe it

I called an unamed insurance company for benefits on chiropractic care and I told them it was a male and was checking benefits for cervical manipulations and they started giving me ob/gyn benefits on a man. What the heck were they thinking. I had to get off the phone I almost peed my pants and called back later.

OH dear.......it just goes to show that it pays to have educated people working for you. Now you wonder why people are suspicious of insurance companies?
